Caro’s World of Magic is a non-profit animal welfare foundation dedicated to rescuing and caring for abandoned and vulnerable animals in Thailand. The organization relies entirely on donations to provide food, medical care, shelter, and long-term support for animals in need.

The goal of this project was to create a modern digital platform that helps the foundation share their mission, connect with supporters, and make it easier for people around the world to contribute.

The Challenge

For non-profit organizations, a website is more than just a source of information — it is the primary channel for storytelling, engagement, and fundraising. The foundation’s previous website lacked the structure and functionality needed to effectively communicate their work and support donations.

Key challenges included:

  • An outdated design that did not reflect the foundation’s mission
  • Limited visibility of the animals and rescue stories
  • No streamlined donation experience for international supporters
  • A user journey that did not clearly guide visitors toward helping

The challenge was to create a platform that builds trust, highlights the animals, and encourages meaningful support.

Our Approach

The design emphasizes emotional storytelling through photography and animal profiles while maintaining a clean and intuitive interface that guides visitors toward donating, sponsoring, or learning more about the foundation.

Content hierarchy and navigation were carefully structured to ensure that visitors can quickly understand the mission and find ways to help.

Outcome

The new platform provides Caro’s World of Magic with a modern digital presence that better represents their mission and enables supporters to contribute more easily. By combining storytelling with a clear donation pathway, the website helps turn visitor engagement into real support for the animals under the foundation’s care.
