Overview

This project involved the design and development of a custom car booking platform for a private transportation service operating between major locations in Thailand.

The goal was to create a streamlined digital experience that allows travelers to easily request private transfers while providing the business with a structured system to manage reservations.

The platform focuses on simplicity and clarity, making it easy for customers to submit booking requests while ensuring administrators can efficiently review and manage trip details through the back office.

The Challenge

Key challenges included :

  • No structured system for collecting booking details
  • Difficulty managing customer requests in one place
  • Lack of a clear overview of scheduled trips
  • Limited tools for reviewing and organizing reservation data

The objective was to create a booking platform that simplifies the reservation process for customers while providing administrators with a clear management interface.

Our Approach

The platform was designed with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and structured data collection.

A custom booking form was developed to guide users through the reservation process while capturing all necessary travel details. On the administrative side, a dedicated back-office interface was built to organize bookings in a clear and searchable system. This allows staff to easily review reservations, check trip details, and contact customers when needed.

The result is a streamlined workflow that improves both the customer booking experience and the internal management process.

Custom Booking Form

A dedicated reservation form was developed to collect structured trip information including :

  • Trip type (One Way or Return)
  • Pickup and destination locations
  • Travel date and time
  • Passenger and baggage details
  • Vehicle selection

This ensures that all booking requests contain the necessary information for scheduling trips.

Booking Management Dashboard

A custom Car Bookings section was developed in the back office, providing administrators with a centralized interface to manage all reservations.

Bookings are displayed in a structured table where staff can :

  • View customer information
  • Check selected vehicle and service type
  • Review pickup and destination details
  • Track booking dates and submission time

This dashboard provides a clear overview of all reservation requests in one place. Each booking can be opened in a dedicated detail page displaying the reservation information in clearly organized sections.

Outcome

This platform offers car rental and airport taxi services with a systematic and efficient booking process.

Customers can easily submit trip requests through a clear reservation form, while administrators benefit from a centralized dashboard for managing bookings and reviewing trip details.

By replacing manual booking processes with a dedicated digital platform, the system improves organization, reduces communication errors, and simplifies the overall reservation management process.
